National Drawing Competition 2021

The Mauritius Telugu Cultural Centre Trust is organizing a National Drawing Competition 2021  


GENERAL RULES

  • Competition is open to the General Public
  • Theme: TELUGU CULTURE IN MAURITIUS
  • Category A: 5-10 years
  • Category B: 11-16 years


MEDIUM

  • Size: Minimum A4- Maximum A3 format.
  • Technique: any
  • Only one artwork per participant
  • Artwork must be original (e.g not traced out from existing photos)


SUBMISSION

  • Last date of submission is 15 October 2021
  • Artworks received after the closing date will not be accepted.
  • By posting the artwork Parent or Guardian or responsible party is giving their consent for any subsequent online exhibition, media publication and promotion of the artwork together with the respective name of the participants, if the same is selected.
  • Decision of the Jury will be final.


PRIZES

  • Category A
    1st  - Rs 5000
    2nd - Rs 3000
    3rd - Rs 2000
  • Category B
    1st - Rs 6000
    2nd - Rs 4000
    3rd - Rs 3000

     

Winners will be requested to reproduce their art works at the seat of the Centre. 

All participants must send their artworks with a pseudonym (pen name).  

A separate sealed envelope containing the name, address and pseudonym of the participant must accompany the artwork and addressed to:
