Applications should be made on the prescribed forms obtainable during office hours, from the Reception Counter, Level 3, Orchid Tower, Sir William Newton Street, Port Louis, and Mauritius Telugu Maha Sabha, Royal Road Grand River North West. Application forms, duly filled in, should be returned together with photocopies of birth certificate / NIC to the office of the Mauritius Telugu Cultural Centre Trust no later than Friday 17 January, 2020.
